Roberto A. Maciel is an experienced advocate for communities and clients struggling with various systems of government, including the immigration system. From preparation of documents to hearing and interview representation, Roberto's skilled and sensitive approach guides clients to resolution. At Beaman Jacinto Law P.C., Roberto has turned his focus employment and civil rights litigation, providing support and advocacy to clients facing issues of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, termination, and more.
Roberto's personal and family experiences have given him a deep understanding of working-class struggles, as well as a strong drive to rectify them. He is interested and active in movements for social justice and incorporates those values into his advocacy for clients and communities.
Roberto completed his Juris Doctorate degree at Whittier Law School, one of the most diverse in the United States, and his Bachelors of Arts at University of California, Riverside.
