Beaman Jacinto Law P.C. was founded in 2012 by attorney Megan Beaman Jacinto, in an effort to provide more legal services to more people in need.  Since opening its doors, the firm has provided creative, fearless, and people-oriented legal services and representation around the State of California, as well as to clients living in Arizona, North Dakota, Minnesota, Ohio, Iowa, Michigan, Colorado, Louisiana, Baja California, Guanajuato, and more.

BJLPC practice areas have developed over time according to the needs expressed by community leaders and in partnership with local nonprofit organizations.  Our cases range from individual unpaid wage claims, U.S. residency applications, and special education advocacy to multi-million-dollar class actions, and everything in between.  Our clients are similarly diverse, currently ranging in age from 12 to 92 -- amongst them are farmworkers, landscapers, construction workers, students, educators, administrators, lawyers, nurses, and more.

Our attorneys grew out of non-profit legal services organizations and remain committed practicing law for the purpose of supporting clients' journeys to individual and systemic justice.
